2nd Intercultural Management Workshop (17-18/1/2008)
Intercultural Management in the Workplace

Joint managerial workshop designed for Japanese and European middle managers to discuss ways to improve communication and intercultural management issues in the workplace. Result Training & Consultancy (Dutch & Belgian partner of ITIM International Network), a leading culture and management consultant, facilitated the workshop by using its original 5-Dimensional Model to help participants increase their cultural awareness, insight, sensitivity and competency in operating in multicultural work and market places.

The workshop included discussions, group work and simulation practices amongst both European and Japanese managers, and it welcomed example-case input from the participants' daily issues, problems and experiences to deepen practical understanding.
